No Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once they have been shipped or delivered.

Please carefully review your order, including product descriptions, sizing information, and shipping details before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photos of the item and its packaging.

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • You receive a damaged or defective item.

  • You receive the wrong item.

  • Your order cannot be fulfilled by Modestiny.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
